Eddy Zervigon is a seasoned senior executive with extensive operational, restructuring, and turnaround experience. Throughout his career in investment banking and corporate advisory, Zervigon has amassed an impressive track-record working with management teams to craft, refine, and execute winning business plans; hire highly effective teams; and lead successful investment monetization via sale or IPO. As a Managing Director in the Principal Investments Group at Morgan Stanley from 1997-2012, Zervigon was responsible for technology, media and entertainment and energy investments throughout Latin America and the U.S. He has been a Special Advisor at Riverside Management Group, a boutique merchant bank, since 2012 and currently sits on the board of directors at Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) and Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR). Zervigon holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a master’s in taxation from Florida International University as well as his undergraduate degree in accounting.

Gene Savchuk is the inventor of Phio TX, Quantum Xchange’s patented, out-of-band symmetric key delivery system. He has been in the cybersecurity and networking industry for more than 25 years, first managing networks and then moving to developing commercial network security and management solutions. He co-founded Fidelis Security Systems, Inc., served as CTO and Principal of Bricata, and was Director of Software Development at InforMax Inc. Savchuk holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and applied mathematics and a master of Computer Science.

As Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Quantum XChange, Tom Butta brings transformative brand leadership to the quantum security revolution. With a career built on defining and dominating emerging software categories, he has repeatedly proven that knowing what to do—and how to do it—is what separates market leaders from the noise.

His track record speaks volumes: CMO roles at SignalFx (acquired by Splunk), Sprinklr (CXM: NYSE), AppNexus (acquired by AT&T), NICE Systems (NICE: Nasdaq), PTC (PTC: Nasdaq)—where he architected the enterprise PLM playbook—and Red Hat (acquired by IBM) after leading the open source revolution. Tom was also a Consultant in Residence at Andreessen Horowitz, shaping market-changing innovations for the Fortune 2000.

Antonio brings over 25 years of experience focusing on cybersecurity, information management, and disaster recovery solutions to help organizations of all sizes manage threats and improve their security posture.  He has held various leadership roles in product management, marketing, and technical sales at Dell, Symantec, Forcepoint, Alert Logic, and Fortra.

Antonio is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a life-long learner and skilled at translating complex topics into simple terms. He is also a big supporter of education for underprivileged communities and an active mentor for people who are interested in a career in cybersecurity.

Gary Benedetti brings more than 25 years of technology sales experience delivering next-generation technologies to enterprise organizations, major defense organizations, and large technology companies. He’s held worldwide sales and sales management positions at Oracle, Netscape, AOL, e-Security, Novell, Fidelis and Endgame. For the past 15 years, he has focused on delivering security and cybersecurity solutions. Gary is well-versed in all aspects of building and driving high-powered sales teams (direct/indirect) that exceed company goals and objectives.

Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, helping develop and deliver many disruptive technologies to market. He has worked with early stage startup companies in security technologies such as single sign-on, identify and access management, malware sandboxing and analysis, software defined networks, and cloud access security brokers. As one of Quantum Xchange’s first hires, Eric has been instrumental in the company’s efforts to commercialize quantum-safe encryption technologies including Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), guiding prospects, partners, and customers from decision making to deployment.

Christina Hausman has over 20 years of cybersecurity expertise in product management, product and solution marketing, sales enablement, technology partner management, and go-to-market strategies for Security Services Edge (SSE/SASE), workload and data center security, network and endpoint security, Data Loss Prevention, compliance, SIEM and security management. Over her time at Cisco Systems, she helped grow the security business from a handful of products to over 20 technologies and a key revenue source for the overall company.

She has an MBA from Boston College and a BS from Salem State University.

Andrey is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Andrey has played a key role in the success of multiple startups, including InforMax, Inc., Fidelis Security Systems, Inc., and Bricata. With a proven track record in driving quality product delivery, fostering innovation, and building high-performing engineering teams, he brings deep expertise to every endeavor.

Andrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics (Quantum Electronics) and Applied Mathematics, as well as a master’s degree in Computer Science.

Eden Taylor has over 10 years of experience in direct and channel technology sales.

She comes to Quantum Xchange from Cisco, one of the global leaders in AI infrastructure, secure networking, and software solutions. Her experience in developing channel partner strategies, direct sales, building stakeholder relationships, and problem solving has helped to drive multimillion-dollar revenue within the tech industry as well as repeated success with happy customers and partners. She is known for her genuine care, support, and advocacy for her partners and customers.

Eden holds an MBA from NC State University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from NC Wesleyan University.

Fabien Adouani has nearly 20 years of experience within the Information Technology industry with a special passion for digital transformation and cybersecurity.

Fabien comes to Quantum Xchange from Id Quantique (IDQ), the world leader in quantum encryption and cybersecurity, where he worked as a senior director for the strategic alliances and channel sales business.

Prior to IDQ, Fabien held a sales and marketing position at Ic3cube, a cybersecurity system integrator in Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he worked for Dell Technology, where he served as a senior sales and marketing manager, overseeing the marketing and sales efforts toward the pharma industry and the biotech customers. In Sweden, Fabien worked within the market research field serving the pharma industry at IMS Healthcare in Gothenburg.

Fabien holds a master’s degree in marketing from LRG University and an MBA from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland.

Dr. Whitfield Diffie is best known for his 1975 discovery of the concept of public key cryptography, which he developed along with Stanford University Electrical Engineering Professor Martin Hellman. Public key cryptography, which revolutionized not only cryptography but also the cryptographic community, now underlies the security of the global digital economy.

Diffie is winner of the 2015 Turing Award, often referred to as the Nobel Prize of Computing. Among his many other honors, Diffie is also an elected Foreign Member of the Royal Society, a IEEE Hamming Medal winner, a Fellow of the Computer History Museum, a Marconi Foundation Fellow and winner of the Franklin Institute’s Louis E Levy Medal. He is also a 2020 NSA Hall of Honor Inductee.

Diffie received a B.S. in Mathematics from M.I.T.  He also holds both an honorary doctorate from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, and a Degree of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Diffie is also the co-author with Prof. Susan Landau, of the University of Massachusetts, of the book ‘Privacy on the Line: The politics of wiretapping and encryption’, which has won the Donald McGannon Award for Social and Ethical Relevance in Communications Policy Research and the IEEE-USA award for Distinguished Literary Contributions Furthering Public Understanding of the Profession.

Hal Chapel is Managing Director and Partner at Boston-based, New Technology Ventures and the Founding CEO of Quantum Xchange. He has been a nationally recognized technology leader and serial entrepreneur for more than three decades, successfully founding and building companies – including Vanguard Business Solutions, Xevo, and Lotsa Helping Hands –  that produced major paradigm shifts in the deployment of database technologies, telecommunications, social networking, and, with the founding of Quantum Xchange, post-quantum cryptography.

Hal earned his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, studying philosophy, physics, and mathematics, later returning to Harvard to earn an Ed.M. in multidisciplinary studies in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and education.

Rick Golden is a private investor in, and developer of, new businesses that support positive environmental, social, and governmental change. For the past 12 years he has joined with other like-minded business partners to launch businesses in sustainability/renewable energy, healthy foods, and leading-edge technology.  He founded the Venture Access Group to focus its investments on early and mid-stage companies that need financial investment along with deep industry, technical, and business skills to help ensure business success.

Before his private investment career, Rick spent 28 years with Accenture where he managed large, complex business and information technology consulting projects for Global 1,000 companies. He was the COO of the Products Market Unit and was a member of the Global Executive Committee.

Rick graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Finance and has an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.

Brian McGovern has been a Director and Vice President of ALPVEX since 2012, a holding company with business interests in industrial operations and other strategic portfolio investments. Brian has also been a partner in a boutique accounting and advisory firm for the past 20 years specializing in tax consulting for high-net-worth individuals and families, along with successful business owners in numerous industries.

With other past positions ranging from senior tax consultant with E&Y to CFO positions in insurance brokerage companies, Brian brings more than a 30-year successful career in accounting, taxation and advisory.

He holds an MBA from the Peter Tobin College of business at St. John’s University and has an undergraduate degree in accounting.

Mike Rogers retired from the U.S. Navy in 2018 after nearly 37 years of naval service rising to the rank of four-star admiral.  He culminated his career with a four-year tour as Commander, U.S. Cyber Command and Director, National Security Agency. In those roles he worked with the leadership of the U.S. government, the DoD and the U.S. Intelligence community as well as their international counterparts in the conduct of cyber and intelligence activity across the globe. He also assisted in the development of national and international policy with respect to cyber, intelligence and technology – including extensive work with corporate leadership in the finance, IT, telecommunications and technology sectors.

Admiral Rogers is a graduate of Auburn University with a Master of Science in National Security. He is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College. He is also an MIT Seminar XXI fellow and a Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alum.

John is the Founder and President of Talons Ventures. In this role, he works with disruptive startup companies, venture funds, consults to midsize to large businesses on government relations and cyber, and gives back in philanthropic efforts on education, equality, and anti-poaching. Prior to founding Talons Ventures, Stewart served as SVP, Chief Security & Trust Officer at Cisco Systems. During his 15+ years at Cisco, he helped Cisco establish its leadership in national security matters, the enterprise security market, privacy, and trust – leadership the company carries on to this day.

Throughout his 30-year career, Stewart has led or participated in widely ranging security initiatives from IT design for elementary schools to national security programs. He is a Board Director for BlackPoint Cyber, ReFirm Labs, SpyCloud, 360 Privacy, Chairman for CyVolve, special advisor to the Board of Directors for Focal Point, Obsidian, RedSeal, and is on Syracuse University’s College of Engineering Dean’s Leadership Council.

Thomas Whayne is currently an Operating Partner at Space Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests exclusively in space-based technologies and the former CFO of Overair and OneWeb. During his career as an investment banker at firms including Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley, Whayne provided strategic and financial advice to the boards and management teams of many of the world’s largest technology, media, telecommunications, and energy companies.  He has advised on over 50 mergers and acquisitions transactions each valued at greater than $1 billion.  Whayne was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at OneWeb, having led efforts to raise more than $3 billion of capital to fund the development of a global broadband communications constellation in Low Earth Orbit.  Thomas holds an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
