Take a Diversified Approach to Encryption

The industry must support the simultaneous use of multiple encryption techniques if we are to keep data traveling securely. This will protect against the inevitable flaws that will be uncovered in encryption layers. Such “crypto diversity” expands upon the concept of crypto-agility and requires mixing asymmetric key technology with symmetric key technology, and transmitting keys through out-of-band channels.
