Recommended Quantum Talks at RSA 2025

March 27, 2025

The cybersecurity world will convene in San Francisco for the annual RSA Conference, April 28-May 1, 2025. There are eight sessions on the 2025 conference agenda that include “quantum” in the talk abstract. As you begin to prepare your conference schedule, we’ve heightened the quantum readiness sessions that should be top on your agenda.

The NSA will present, CNSA 2.0: Quantum Resistant Cryptography for National Security. This session goes through the latest publicly available quantum resistant cryptography that is allowed to protect national security (NIST PQC standards), lays out transition dates for National Security Systems, and takes attendees inside the thought process of NSA as they protect their networks from future quantum threats. Quantum Xchange has produced and compiled a host of various assets that address government issued mandates and timelines in our Government Resource Center.  We also hosted a recent webinar with NIST’s National Center of Cybersecurity Excellence on beginning your journey to quantum safety.

Quantum readiness, AI, and cryptocurrencies are the hot topics slated for The Cryptographers’ Panel. This gathering of top academics and cryptography rock stars include Quantum Xchange’s early advisor, Dr. Whitfield Diffie. Check out our blog post, Public Key Encryption Dead Before 50 highlighting commentary from Whit.

Entrust will present, Crypto-Agility: How It’s Both a Critical Component and a Complex Challenge

The need to encrypt everything (Zero Trust), requires crypto-agility, as does preparing for the transition of tomorrow’s post-quantum reality. This talk will help organizations achieve a mature crypto-agile security practice and learn to overcome the challenges to get there—from people and processes to technology. Quantum Xchange writes extensively on the importance of crypto-agility for quantum readiness and goes a step further to introduce the concept of crypto-diversification. Read more about it here

ISC2 will present, Futureproofing Cyber Ahead of the Next Wave of Emerging Tech sharing, while the future implications of emerging technologies like AI and quantum computing remain unknown, preparing for them must start now, not later. Attendees will gain research-based insights and learn how to prepare for these technologies at their organizations. Quantum Xchange tackles this vary topic in our eBook, Protecting Your Data from Whatever Threat Awaits

Quantum-resistant encryption for space communications will be demoed by Spartan Corp. in the talk, Space Assets Resiliency: Protecting Against Current Attack Techniques. Quantum Xchange addressed the future of secure space-based communications in our eBook, Securing Data to the Moon and Back.

Don’t forget to add Quantum Xchange to your conference agenda. Our executives are ready to discuss practical steps for achieving quantum crypto-agility, meeting government mandates, or ensuring satellite to base camp data links are protected – easily, affordably, and within your existing infrastructure.
